1. Storage of samples
The deep well plate can replace the conventional 1.5ML centrifuge tube to store samples, and it is neatly placed during storage, saves space, and has a large storage capacity. It can withstand -80 ℃ refrigerator, so it is also called a storage plate.
2. Processing samples
It can be combined with guns, high-throughput automatic liquid manipulation instruments and software to achieve high-throughput operations on biological samples, such as: protein precipitation, liquid extraction, nucleic acid extraction, etc., which greatly improves the efficiency of sample processing.
3. Sampling operation
Commonly used in various automation equipment, it can be directly placed in the sample chamber of the automatic equipment for injection. Compared with traditional injection, it can not only double the number of samples in the sample chamber, but also realize the processing of samples on 96-well plates. Then inject the sample directly, eliminating the tedious work of drawing the sample back and forth, placing the sample, and covering the lid.
