Mainly used in the storage, transfer and separation of intermediate liquid materials in biopharmaceuticals. With the transfer tube in a sealed state, corresponding aseptic operations can be performed according to process requirements. Dispensing, packaging and storage of cell culture media, buffers and process fluids.
The product consists of a bottle body, a cap, a pipeline, and a sterile filter.
The bottle body is made of PETG material, which has high transparency, high mechanical strength, and UV resistance, making it easy to observe and transport.
The pipeline is Saint-Gobain sterile thermoplastic pipe, which can realize welding sealing and connecting process.
The filter is Sartorius 0.2um sterile filter
After sealing, it can maintain no leakage for 180s under the negative pressure of 90Kpa.
Resistant to low temperatures, the bottle can withstand freezing at -80°C.
No cytotoxicity, no pyrogen, endotoxin ≤0.25EU/ML.
The product has been sterilized by irradiation and is for one-time use. Use is prohibited if the packaging is damaged.
