Media Bottle Features

Media Bottles are made of high-quality borosilicate glass and are reusable. This allows for very low coefficients of thermal expansion, making Media Bottles superior to standard lab glass in resisting thermal shock (high temperature changes). Media bottles, reagent bottles, and storage bottles are also chemically resistant, making them ideal for storing reagents, culture media, biological fluids, and a variety of other aqueous and non-aqueous solutions.

Our glass Media Bottle can withstand temperatures ranging from -70 to 500°C, making it suitable for repeated use in freezers, microwaves, autoclaves, and dry heat sterilization chambers. Permanent enamel graduated markings on media bottles allow for volume measurements and large marking areas for easy identification/coding.
