Pet Serum Bottle

Common plastic serum bottles are generally made of PET raw materials. This raw material has high transparency and good gloss, which is easy to observe the liquid volume, and by observing the color of the serum, the quality of the serum can be distinguished.

PET serum bottle has excellent resistance to high and low temperature, can be used for a long time in the temperature range of -70℃-120℃, and can withstand high temperature of 150℃ for short-term use, and the physical properties are relatively stable at high and low temperature. Serum needs to be stored at -5°C to -20°C, and PET serum bottles are just enough.

As a packaging material, PET advantages:

1. It has good mechanical properties, the impact strength is 3 to 5 times that of other films, the folding resistance is good, and it still has good toughness at -30 °C;

2. Oil resistance, fat resistance, dilute acid, dilute alkali, and most solvents;

3. Low gas and water vapor permeability, with excellent gas barrier, water, oil and odor properties;

4, non-toxic, tasteless, good hygiene and safety, can be directly used for food packaging;

5. Compared with PETG, the price of its own raw materials is cheaper, and the finished products are light in weight and resistant to shattering, which is convenient for manufacturers to reduce production and transportation costs, and the overall cost performance is relatively high.
