Use of virus delivery medium
Feb 27, 2022
Before sampling, indicate the sample information on the label;
According to different experimental purposes, use sampling swabs to sample in the corresponding parts;
Immediately after sampling, put the swab into the sampling tube containing the virus transport medium, break it at the breaking point, and tighten the tube cap;
Freshly collected specimens can be transported to the laboratory at room temperature (5-25°C). It is better to have ice packs during transport. Specimens for virus isolation and nucleic acid detection should be tested as soon as possible. Specimens tested within 24 hours can be stored at 4°C; specimens that cannot be detected within 24 hours should be stored at -70°C or below (if there is no -70°C) Storage conditions are temporarily stored in a -20°C refrigerator).
