This 0.1ml PCR Single Tube is made of polypropylene (PP) and features thin walls and smooth surface. It can well ensure the effectiveness and uniformity of heat transfer between samples and is suitable for mainstream PCR instruments and real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR instruments. Depending on the use requirements, it can be equipped with domed, flat and ultra-clear flat optical covers to effectively reduce liquid loss as well as to ensure optimal heat transfer.

This 0.1ml PCR Single Tube is suitable for almost all popular thermal cycling operations, as it is equipped with an optically clear tube cover for real-time PCR, thus providing crystal clear transparency during operation. At the same time, its leak-proof seal design eliminates the risk of sample evaporation or bursting and also allows for easy opening of the tube opening. Finally, the tube is weatherproof and can withstand low temperatures as well as higher temperatures, so you can boil it in boiling water to achieve autoclaving results.
