Sample collection process

Disposable virus sampling tubes are composed of swabs and tubes containing preservation solution, and can also be additionally equipped with single-use sampling swabs.

1. Nasal swab: Gently insert the swab tip into the nasal cavity and gently scrape the cavity wall in the nasal cavity. Immerse the swab head in the sampling solution and discard the tail.

2. Throat swab: Wipe bilateral pharyngeal tonsils and posterior pharyngeal wall with a swab, immerse the swab head in the sampling solution, and discard the tail.

3. Saliva collector: spit saliva into the funnel until the amount of liquid saliva (non-bubble) reaches the required saliva line height on the wall of the collection tube.
