Pipette Assembly Tips

When using a single-channel pipette, align the nose cone of the adjustable pipette with the mouth of the pipette, and press down gently and vertically to tighten it. When using a multichannel pipette, align the first row of the pipette with the first nozzle, insert it at an angle, and rock back and forth slightly to tighten.
